A message dated April 17, 2016, was read stating the Senate passed                                                              
CSHB 231(FIN) with the following amendment, and it is transmitted                                                               
for consideration:                                                                                                              
                                                                                                                                
      SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 231(STA)                                                                              
      "An Act extending the termination date of the Board of Parole;
